Currently the daycare serves 148 children (six weeks to twelve years old), 92 families and employs a staff of 26. The Director will oversee each child’s daily needs, ensuring the highest quality care and ensuring that the center is functioning at the highest ministry and professional levels possible.
Accountability:
All staff are accountable to the Bad Axe Free Methodist Church Senior Pastor and the Pastor’s Team. The director also has an accountability to and collaborative relationship with the Sonshine Kids’ Daycare Board.

Lawrence Free Methodist Church is located in Lawrence, KS about 30 miles west of Kansas City. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership, vision, and passion in the area of worship ministries that is in line with the overall vision and mission of LFMC.

Purpose: We are looking for a full time youth Director who will help our church reach the young people of our community to take our youth group and church to the next level.
To accomplish this the candidate will disciple our young and senior teens, training them to influence their friends and family for Christ.
